For our next Underground Supper Club on January 3rd 2026, the first full moon of the year, we are delighted to welcome former head chef of ÓX, Rúnar Pierre Heriveaux and his best friend, Kristófer Hamilton Lord, into the kitchen.
Rúnar and Kristófer cooked together at Manresa in California, an experience that shaped their shared approach to food, precision and creativity.
This evening brings their friendship and culinary language to the table in a way that feels deeply aligned with the spirit of the supper club and Arabella's vision for the year to come.
True to our style, we will be sharing teasers about the menu and the evening as we get closer to the date.
This time, however, we can announce the location in advance. Our dear friends Kristjana and Elmar will be hosting us in their beautiful space in Grandi, Brúks, an exceptional vintage furniture, design and interior store. The setting itself will be part of the experience, with all items in the space available for purchase on the night.
An intimate evening of food, atmosphere and gathering, set within a space designed to be lived in, touched and admired.
